Try to search addresses in USA and Canada didn't work!

Please try to improve the search function.

When I search from the Contacts list it seems to ignore the U.S. Zip code or state (I searched for a Birmingham, Alabama USA address & found it in Birmingham, England). Even when the address is found, I seem to have to manually drop a pin to improve the accuracy. It often gives several locations for common street names in the vicinity of my location- if the zip code were part of the search, this would probably eliminate the redundant other locations.

In my opinion, this is the biggest problem with the app & it really limits it's usefulness.

When searching for an address, openmap finds the street but does not locate the address. I'm searching in the Montreal area, Quebec, Canada.

It doesn't even find my town, though it finds a neighbouring city. Perhaps the search API is not searching a large enough set?

"hong kong" not fpund

I did not find any of the addresses I searched for.

I find the search function simply hangs the app. But if I close and restart it (the app, not the phone) I'm shown the search result straight away.

This issue has been present for over six months.
